Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship Highlights: Peterson CAT Washougal National

The Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship returned to the west coast on Saturday afternoon with its annual visit to scenic Washougal MX Park for the ninth round of the 2016 season. In the 450 Class, Monster Energy Kawasaki's Eli Tomac outdueled championship leader and RCH Soaring Eagle/Jimmy John's/Suzuki Factory Racing rider Ken Roczen for his second overall win in the past three rounds. In the 250 Class, Yamalube/Star Racing Yamaha's Alex Martin capitalized on misfortune that befelled his closest rivals in the second moto to take his second career victory.
