Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship Highlights: Peterson CAT Washougal National

The ninth round of the 2017 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship featured the annual visit to the scenic Pacific Northwest and legendary Washougal MX Park. Near perfect temperatures and a massive crowd provided a stellar setting for the Peterson CAT Washougal National, in which both Team Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider Marvin Musquin and Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki's Joey Savatgy posted back-to-back victories in the 450 Class and 250 Class, respectively. Musquin was dominant en route to his second straight 1-1 sweep, while Savatgy emerged with an unexpected victory following a wild final moto in which four riders sat within a point of the overall win.
