RE: COMPETITION BULLETIN 2022-4: Start Blocks Permitted

Section 2.12.c. of the 2022 Rules for Professional Motocross Competition - Race Rules and Procedures – Start Procedures, prohibits the use of Starting Blocks on the Start Line.  This prohibition is not necessary.  Accordingly, the rule has been amended as follows:

1. Starting Blocks are permitted, so long as their use does not interfere with other riders. The Mechanic must remove the starting block used by their rider.
